Solution for the problem with the installation of Lightning or other extensions on an USB-Stick

In the past often problems with the installation of extensions (eg Lightning) on an USB-Stick are discussed here in the forum. Mainly, this problem expressed with a message, that a Script may be busy, or it may have stopped responding (see also the screenshot Unresponsive script). The background to this alert titled "Warning: Unresponsive script" is the fact that the script just needs a little more time for processing.

Would you release new ThunderbirdPortableLegacy31 soon?

Mozilla Thunderbird 3.1.13 security update is released August 31st, 2011.
Revoked the root certificate for DigiNotar due to fraudulent SSL certificate issuance.

Can't install enigmail 1.3.1 with Thunderbirdportable_6.0.1paf russian

Thunderbird_portable_6.0.1_russian.paf
GPG_for_Thunderbird_Portable_1.4.11.paf
enigmail-1.3.1_tb_sm_windows.xpi

1. Install TB portable on USB flash - Ok
2. Install GPG for TB portable on USB flash - Ok

Then I 'm trying install enigmail 1.3.1, I see message: script is bizy or not respond. retry or cancel? (It's my translation of russian text)

I try nigtly comm release of enigmail 9/2/2011 - same problem.

Anybody else having the same problem and any ideas how to fix this?
