Avast!

U3 has a version of Avast AV available, but I'm disappointed Avast isn't a portable app. Is that because Avast isn't Open Source?

If you can't get Avast, you should try to get some other real-time AV scanner. ClamWin is a little bit on the slow side (so it would take too long to check if any computer visited was safe).

Adobe Flash (Launcher)

Alright, I've finally given up finding an app simalar to Adobe Flash (not the player).

I've already got GIMP to replace Photoshop and KompoZer to replace Dreamweaver.

But the only thing that I still want from the Adobe Suite is Adobe Flash CS3.

Can somebody PLEASE create a launcher for this app?

Thanks.

It would be even better if somebody could find an OPEN SOURCE app to make animated .swf files (not videos like the ones camstudio can make).

Onepoint Project - Project Management software

I am a frequent user of project management software, and have previously been a fan of open source Open Workbench. Onepoint Project have an open source version of their software, which IMHO is the best open source project management I have used. Their site can be found at http://www.onepoint.at/

Python

It is my belief that the addition of the Python programming program should be made into a portable application. I know that the already available Notepad++ will write and save in .py format, but it does not seem to allow for the written programs to be tested out.
