Does anyone know of a solution for backing files up over sftp, scp, or ssh? The features I'm looking for are as follows:
-incremental, automated backup to an archive (.zip,.7z)
-ftp,sftp,scp support
-preferably portable.

Is there an snmp program with graphing capability?

Submitted by hbol on November 3, 2008 - 2:28pm

I am looking for an snmp program with graphing capability. I am not sure if there is one (something like cacti or bb?)

I found one (payed only)from ireasoning.com, but I am not sure if there is a opensource package that can do the same. The free version cannot graph anything, but the payed version can.

Cacti and bb can do anything I want, but I am looking for a portable program with such capability.

Thanks in advance.

Portable Music Notation Freeware "CHORDS"

ChordsTest.exe --- http://www.qmidi.com/

This is the only Software I've found that works relatively efficiently as a portable music notation version. It's a self-executing program too...no need for install or any registry files. Size is approx. 1 Megabyte. Relatively simple but effective! File can be saved as .MID (MIDI Format).

i.Scribe v Thunderbid

Submitted by guess-who on November 1, 2008 - 5:51pm

For what about the e-mail clients, I personally rather prefer i.Scribe than Thunderbird. I am not sure whether is released under GNU licence or not.

Program: i.Scribe/InScribe Email Client

License: ???

Description: Scribe is a small and fast email client with an intergrated contact database and calendar. It supports all the major internet mail protocols and uses international standards where possible. Scribe doesn't required installing or uninstalled and can be used from a removable drive without reconfiguration.
