Utility Apps Support

My Avast Antivirus just flagged DSynchronize Portable as containing malware.

TyperTask is a godsend and I have used it, as well as the paid-for software VTask Studio, for almost a decade. Unfortunately the company Vista Software, Inc and the website vtaskstudio.com seem to have disappeared. I was pleasantly surprised to see an update for TyperTask but I am curious, how did the update come about while the software company responsible has folded?

not sure what i did wrong, but i posted this a short while ago, only to find it vanished now. if it duplicates somewhere, please just remove one of them.

Version 2.6.2 requires Windows Vista or later

In recent days new Java utilities joined the PortableApps family.
While it's great news, it did leave me a bit confused about the differences.
Only numbers 3 and 4 look pretty distinguished to me.
Can you please make a small comparison between all these utilities?

When clicking "Antivirus Scan" in https://portableapps.com/apps/utilities/jdkportable it takes you to scan support instead of the actual scan.

Since the latest updates of portableapps I get help messages in Lightscreen which cover part of the screenshot I want to make and I have not been able to find a way to disable these messages. Does someone have the solution?

i downloaded JAVA portable apps, tried to install but it writes it have error to install application. i tried on different PC as well - same error. few months ago, it was working perfectly.
Maybe some error with official Java soft?

I can not update CDex to version 2.19.

The followin error message appears:

The downloaded copy of CDex (http://mirror.cdex.mu/CDex-2.19.exe) is not valid and can not be installed. This could bie due to an inpomplete download or other network issue. Please try running the updater again when complete.

I tried to update by closing/deactivating my virusscanner and firewall, but the same error appears.
