When you try to update RAMMap Portable to the latest version from the Portable Apps website (1.51), you get an error stating "The downloaded copy of RAMMap is not valid and can not be installed. Please try installing again." When I go to the Sysinternals site, the version of RAMMap that is available for download is 1.52. As such, the Portable Apps Updater fails to update this app.

…every time I install another plugin using the new plugins admin.
I am using npp+ 7.6.3 portable edition (portable apps), and, to avoid any confusion with previous versions, I did a fresh download and install (from portableapps) this morning.
After downloading, the plugins admin was initially in the menu, but after I installed the first plugin, it was gone.
An installed version of Java has a feature known as 'Java Web Start', which allows opening files ending with the jnlp
file extension.
When I try dragging a jnlp
file to JavaPortableLauncher.exe it says:
--------------------------- Java Virtual Machine Launcher --------------------------- Error: Invalid or corrupt jarfile C:\Users\Tixue\Downloads\launch.jnlp --------------------------- OK ---------------------------
Can I open .jnlp
files with jPortable? If so, how? and if not, why not?
Please update to latest version 3.61.
Thanks.
Are there older versions of CCleaner on Portableapps.com?
thank you
Whenever I run TeamViewer Portable it leaves behind TeamViewerPortable/App/teamviewer/rolloutfile.tv13.
This would not matter if I had not installed PortableApps into my Dropbox folder. Because the file gets placed there, Dropbox tries to sync it. Unfortunately the file is not readable or writeable by me. This causes Dropbox to waste time syncing forever. The only solution is to delete the file after every use.
Dear Gurus,
Need some help. I have both jportable and commandpormptportable installed on my portableapps platform. I needed the jportable for libreoffice.
I am using the CommandPromptPortable for some development work and needed the ability to switch to use different versions of JRE.
