Sunbird: Exporting Calendars
Hi all,
I am using Sunbird, but as I am not been able to send email alerts, I would like to know how to export all my calendars to be used with the Calendar extension on Thunderbird (it can send emails).

Is there any way to get Portable AbiWord to stop automatically associating itself with .abw and .zabw files? I keep deleting the association, but it comes back every time I launch AbiWord. I don't particularly like the idea of having files associated with a transient application--especially since the drive letter of the USB drive may change over time, even on the same computer.
I want to be sure it is backed up. It does not seem to be named as it was in .02.
AbiWord seems fine with vanilla text. Opening a formatted MS Word document (even just headers with page numbers), however, results in a nightmare when the same document is reopened in MS Word.
Hi, I wanted to apply a default format saving options to portable abiwords. I have been informed to use the following trick:
//
You can go edit your
AbiWord.Profile file and add the
following line to the _custom_ scheme
DefaultSaveFormat=".rtf"
where .rtf is the
common extension of the format you want.
//
I did, but every time I lauch portable abiwords, the abiword.profile file seem to be restored ? May you help me getting this tweak to work ? I suggest to include the info in the next readme if it possible. Indeed, many people would like to set the default save format.

I just want to say how pleased I am with PortableAbiWord. It runs great off my computer and my USB drive. I recently added alot of the optional plugins from the website (mostly for the OpenDocument plugin), and they work seamlessly as well. Thanks alot!

Hi,
Just downloaded and copied portable abiword on to my thumb drive.
Unfortunatly the computer I'm using is Chinese and I don't speak Chinese at all. I've managed to change the interface language to Englsih. I've also download the british dictionary and put that in the correct place so that I can run the UK spell checker but when ever I load up abiword I have to change the spell check language to EN-GB from zh-CN and even then it keeps reverting to zh-CN. Any idea how I can change this permantly ?
Otherwise portable abiword is great. Thanks a lot

Any idea on how to get it on the U3 Launchpad of this device? I followed the instructions and it works fine by navigating to the directory and running the app but doesn't appear on the Launchpad. The 'Add Programs' of the launchpad wants a *.up3 file to install it.
Whenever I start up Portable AbiWord, it creates an empty AbiSuite folder in C:\Documents and Settings\Owner. It's a minor detail that doesn't really affect anything, but I figured I should note it, this being a portable version of a program that shouldn't leave any files lying around on a hard drive after use.
