heres the break down. My stupid bro came in my room and pulled out my flash drive wit out even ejecting it (wish i could curse here) i had like 5portable apps open and running. [Yea he don't practices safe portableapping] and to make it even worse it had like 4slots free **** well so far it seems to only cause problems with Notepad++portable and it not being able to load the stylers.xml. I have tried reinstalling it but it havent changed a thing any ideas...

I have obtained a portable version of 'Adobe Pagemaker 7.0' but can't unpack it
to my pendrive as the directory is set to C:/. can anyone help me please as I use this program lots.
Or is there a program that will convert the original Pagemager software to portable
so I can install it.

I'm looking to completely erase everything in my recycling bin so that it cannot be recovered. I know that Eraser Portable does this, but I do not want to add the option to the context menu on every computer I use. Is there a way that this can be done through the program itself, or can this option be included in the next version?

When I click the download button on the Notepad++, I get a file with no extention and no clue on what to use to open it.

I was revisiting my idea of having a locally running proxy server when it struck me that Apache can be used as a proxy.
Then I remembered that Apache is bundled with XAMMP.
I don't currently have this on my USB, only on my work PC, can someone confirm if this version of apache comes with mod_proxy etc? or if they know how easy (if at all) it would be to add in?

Apologies for my vague question, I am a "user" of Apache, I have never modified/compiled/configured it before.

Is there a way to get PC-Pine (v4.64) to download messages from Gmail to a USB stick (with various changing drive letters). I'm stuck with the HOME environment variable since everything seems to be relative to it and Pine wants to download everything to my hdd. Tried Google with no luck.
