Thanks for your work on The Legend of Edgar everybody! So far it is a very neat little platformer. I believe there is a bug with the saving game feature.

When I saved the game and return to the games main menu I am able to re-open the saved game, but if I close the app entirely and re-open to load the game it states "failed to load game." I have tried this with a new game save and got the same result.

I am running Windows 8.1.

I'm making a special USB drive with an encrypted layer using Truecrypt, the idea is to make a product that is for people who live in countries without freedom of speech means to surf the web with a browser with a Proxy, if the item is lost or confiscated the encryption give peace of mind to the owner.

I'm finding the browser often freezes and gives poor performance.

I've tried regular Chrome portable and Xchromium portable.

Once its ready for primetime I'll probably have to go with the latter, as Chrome is licenced by Google and I don't think I can redistribute it.

The second time I start XnView MP v0.64/v0.61 Portable without previously exiting the program one more (non-portable I'd say) instance is created. It also happens when I try to open some file of an associated file type outside of the program and there's already one instance of portable XnView MP. (Btw my settings allow only one.) Is there any way to solve this problem? Thank you very much.

New user of qBittorrent Portable 3.1.9 (2014-03-07). The app is not saving any state/settings.

Upon first launch, there's a legal notice, which I have to click agree. Then the app window opens (with default pos/size), followed by a file association prompt, which I clicked No.

If I quit the app, and launch it again, it behaves as if it's launched first time. I have to answer both questions again. The worst part is none of the settings I modified, window size/pos, torrents that are downloading, are preserved.

This is a windows 7 x64 system. The app is installed to (NTFS)

Hey guys, trying to install older version of Portable Chrome (version 32) so I do not have to constantly use 2 step authentication when I move from computer to computer, I know this functionality broke after version 32. Problem I have is that I cannot install any of the older versions, I get an error saying the downloaded copy is not valid. I went through the sourceforge website that has archives of all the older versions. Please help!

I can't be the first person to find this, but if no one else has seen this, I suggest giving your portable apps install a quick scan!

Is this a false positive or did this somehow slip by someone?
needless to say, I'm deleting until I hear from MULTIPLE persons that this could be a false positive.

Has anyone else reverted to FreeCommander 2009 in favour of the latest version?

It is possible I made a mistake and my settings didn't get transferred but there are (to me) some glaring absences in the search facilities for example and the new version seems like a step backwards rather than forwards.

Obviously there is a need for a portable File Manager. Before I approach the author what do other people think of the latest version of FreeCommander?

This happens randomly, when I use it, when I don't use it, when rendering, pretty much any possible time. It's not often enough to be really annoying, but often enough that I've lost work and render time.

Does anybody else have this issue?

I run it from a Kingston DataTraveller 2.0 USB device and most often on a vista OS.

Hallo to everyone!

Has anyone brought in to run gVim with Python-support? gGim needs python27.dll in the search path. IMHO this may be only $PYTHONPATH or the directory in which is also gvim.exe. I have already tried different versions of the python27.dll, downloaded either from Portable Python or as a single DLL.

When I try with ': py print("hello")' I get the message that the DLL is not found or gvim crashes without any message.

Who can help?

Since the latest Chrome update I can't get Texter Portable to recognise any hotstrings entered in form input fields. I have tried all the different permissible triggers. Prior to the Chrome update it all worked fine. Is anyone else having the same problem, and does anyone have any possible remedy?
