Dear Developer,

I am trying to open Portable Thunderbird, but I am receiving an error message that says "Thunderbird is already running, because i have already thunderbird installed in my PC and i am using." I have tried several solutions, but none of them have worked. I am hoping you can help me resolve this issue.

The menu pops up full height of screen but normal width with very large font, overlapping text at the top and not all icons showing. Opening the About dialog is also outsized, making it impossible to use. Are others having this issue?

Using Dell laptop with latest Windows 11 23H2 version. 11th Generation Intel® Core™ i7-11800H with 16gb ram. Very fast WiFi connection and there was no problem reported with the Platform installation. Apps have updated since the menu distortion, and Apps I can still see open normally.

Where can I get this package and when will the error be fixed?

ImgBurnPortable_2.5.8.0_Development_Test_1_online.paf.exe displays the message "The downloaded copy of SetupImgburn_2.5.8.0 is not valid and can not be installed." Any suggestions?

When Portable App updater tries to update Chrome I get an error message:

I have used this app for years on my personal computer and this is the first time I have run into problems.

I had the following issue last week: after starting the PC and PA Platform, the updater for potable Firefox was started. At the same time the Firefox update was running, the other updates, like OS updates, also kicked in. So there was not enough space for the Firefox update, but there was no error message from the updater. As I started Firefox afterward, the platform informed me about an incomplete installation of Firefox and suggested I manually download it again.

Did something change with the hosting for PA.c downloads? My download speeds have been very slow for around the past week. Have tried every day and still have the issue. I am on a gigabit connection in the UK and still get really slow speeds. Occasionally the download will just stop.

Anyone else noticing this? I'm sorry if it was already addressed, but I didn't know where else to bring this up.

Today I try to download PortableApps.com_Platform_Setup_26.2.3.paf.exe from https://portableapps.com/download.

This fails each time I try.

Firefox 118.0.1 (64-Bit) on Windows 11 Pro Ver 22H2.
Also Chrome Version 118.0.5993.70 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Is there a way to list installed programs on a flash drive?
