PortableApps.com Platform

As my list of portable apps is growing larger and larger, its starting to become much more difficult to find apps - even when using the "smart categories".

Would it be possible to implement a search at the bottom where one could simply start typing a program name to have the list automatically filter down in the same manner the Windows 7 / Vista start menu does?

Im sure this has already been suggested elsewhere, but I couldnt figure out how to easily search through these forums, so apologies if this has already been addressed.

Manage apps should also include remove apps, instead of just add/update.
List of installed, with size used for each - select to uninstal.

Hello All,

Any thoughts on how to display the appinfo.ini Description for an app on mouse over of the icon in the menu. It currently shows the Version (I like that), It shows the Author(That's OK), and the path to the file(Not Needed for me). I would like to replace the Path with the Description. I'm guessing that this is probably hard coded in. I sometimes find it hard to remember what the app does based on the name, so the description would give me a hint. Thanks for reading this.

I just downloaded the new menu, and was wondering if anyone has made new themes yet? I looked around earlier last week and saw most of the theme threads were pretty old.
Are we too small to have a theme forum yet?

a single column, just the width of the icons currently, stuck to the right or left of my desktopspace, and making it always-on-top over everything, would be great!

I wanted to try out portable apps but ran into a problem. Currently the Ctrl-Alt-Space hotkey opens up the portable apps menu. I am a developer and I already have assigned this in my IDE (Resharper default).

I don't really see the need for a portable apps hotkey for me at the moment and I would like to disabled it, but I can't find it in settings.
Is there a way to disable or change it?

I was too problem that the after opera portable install & preferences setting the browser (if i was close the browser) forget the language setting.
I found the answer for this problem.

1. step.: look that what is your language book and file name.

You find it here:
"Where you installed the opera portable\OperaPortable\App\Opera\locale"
Here is your language book & in the book your language file.
Do you have the memory or write the book name and the file name.
Well I'm hungarian person my book name is "hu" & in the book the file name is "hu.lng"

2. step.:

Ability to remove the PortableApps tab from windows task bar, to use system tray icon only.
If it's possible.

Shortcut Alt+Space is very irritating.
