the 2.0 PR1 wont launch google chrome but the exe in the folder will, ive tried re installing google chrome but it doesnt work, any suggestions?

First of all... great style and good new features BUT...
now I can´t minimize to sytem tray anymore

first of all sorry for my english, i don't know it very good.

I just updated the the PR1 version and thought I'd try the auto update feature. Each file downloaded triggered the Trend Micro virus scanner though... Not something I have seen when manually installing/upgrading apps.

This is a work machine, and is pretty well locked down. So I have no access to any logs etc etc I am afraid....

The updater cannot update itself after downloading, since the updater executable is in use.

After clicking ignore, the update continues, but a new check on updates again shows platform 2.0 pre-release 1.1.

is there any way to make the updater update via a (to be authenticated) proxy? When I try to use it, now I only get a proxy error and an empty updater screen in return.

I agree with some previous comments here and there on the site that the menu should have a simple and minimalistic alternative appearance much like pstart/asuite (i really don't like those big "windows start menu" like designs but that's just my personal preference), where you could drag programs to it (again, like pstart) so that you're not "stuck" with the default folder structure. I would gladly use it then, as i would really like to have the automatic updates feature. But for some reason i think you're not going to implement this (think i read you saying it before, not sure).

After updating to 2.0 PR1, my theme was reset (which was fine, and to be expected). The problem is that when I change it back to a theme that I like, then eject my flash drive, and re-insert it, the theme is again set to default. Is this a known issue? I found the setting from which the theme to be used is read in a .ini file, but wasn't quite sure how to set the theme manually. I hope you guys come up with a fix for this! Thanks in advance!

I tried to update the PortableApps.com Platform from within itself to version 2.0 Pre-Rease, to only run into a complete failure.
