how do i post my portable program?

Hi totally new to portable apps and not really interested other than using one . Installed ok to flash drive via my laptop and it worked as said then tried on my flash drive on pc and had to install it again ok it worked but I thought it would just run direct form the flash drive not faff about reinstalling

Dear PortableApps team and all member.

Today, i got notification from portableapps.com updater. It says my googlechrome portable is outdate and have a new version. But, after i click update it show unable to download file blalblabla. it show link download and i go to the link adress then download an anplication paf google crhrome installer, i install it manual and complete.
But, i test check the update it show the new aplication of google chrome again, it still same version..

Note: i using windows 10

I didn’t find such already exiting topic here, so I write this new one. Sometimes the menu of the platform doesn’t disappear (minimize) after starting the application and simply stays here, in spite of the setting that tells to do so. This happens sporadically and I can’t see a pattern here.

So my first question is: how to find the reasons of this issue? Would be logging activation as a first step be enough or could I do more to get the required information for this bug?

I have a Windows 10 desktop HP Envy i7 and a Windows 10 laptop Dell Inspirion 15 i5 that will not eject the PortableApps USB drive.
Inspection reveals that "eject.exe" file in %temp% folder is not being deleted (even when the USB_Eject_Cleanup.bat is executed in Admin)
Therefore, when I try to eject the USB PortableApps again I get the error popup:
"eject
Could not write to windows temp dir!
The program will now exit.

Hi masters,

For some reason the PortableApps I have on OneDrive just does not open. I try to execute Start.exe and no process is generated.
When I restart the computer it works fine for some days.
But, if I try to open it though PortableApps\PortableApps.com\PortableAppsPlatform.exe it always works fine.
Please, someone have any clue of whats going wrong here?

I currently have installed Portable apps on a flash drive. I want to delete it off my current flash drive and install it on a different flash that has more storage. Unfortunately, whenever I try to delete it I always get an error message. This also happens with other files on the same flash. I have even tried reformatting my flash to completely wipe the memory, but this also gives me an error message. All of my data is backed up, but I need the additional storage space.

I am using Windows 10 if it helps.

I've a shortcut on my PC desktop that starts PortableAppsPlatform.exe from where it's located on a flash drive. This is much easier than having to go to the flash drive to start it. Is there a command line option I can use in my shortcut Properties Target command to have PortableAppsPlatform.exe start the Mozilla Thunderbird app? Lastly, is there a list of command line options for PortableAppsPlatform.exe?

I noticed that some apps which I installed doesn't add context menu entries like there non-portable counterpart would do so I'm asking if there is a way to get those entries in a simple way, e.g. Notepad++ would add "Edit with Notepad++" to the context menu.
