LibreOffice Portable

It took weeks for the latest versions of LibreOffice Fresh and Still to be packaged. Eventually, after a really long wait, they did get finished and sent off to the publisher. Then... nothing! They've 'been with the publisher' for some time now and yet are still not available for download. So what is the hold up?

i have downloaded for some tests several fonts from dafont dot com , i guess they are pretty safe and i have copied in several folders of libreoffice
but it doesn't read or detect them

I am following each new version, and I wrote about this bug before, but it comes again.
In version 7.1.8 (which I use now) - in the upper left corner of "Calc" spreadsheet, there are two pen-icons , to direct the writing direction : right to left or left t right/
In the last version 2.3.1 again those icons are hidden at the far upper end, only if you click on the >> icon they appear.
Well, I have prepared two screenshots, but cannot see any 'link' where to attach them.

I just updated my LibreOffice Portable (Still version) MultilingualStandard and at the end of the 'install' there is a directory left behind titled ~PRESERVEDIRECTORY2. The directory contents is 92.3 MB in size and it contains 1,833 files.

What is this directory?

Is it safe to delete it?

Why was it put there in the first place?

The list of possible installation languages in LibreOffice 7.2.5 Portable MultilingualAll is missing quite a few languages like Dutch. This removes the method of just installing the selected language plus English (using the "Remove Extra Languages" during installation)

Sorry for asking annoying questions. I was told that you could pin OpenOfficePortable.exe to the taskbar to pin it, but a separate icon would appear when running it. It was suggested to me to use LibreOffice instead. I was told that LibreOffice supports taskbar pinning. I installed LibreOffice Portable (Still). From the PortableApps.com Launcher, it wouldn't let me pin LibreOffice Writer Still to the taskbar. That option is grayed out.

From where can I download "LibreOffice" portable version 7.1.7 or 7.1.8 not in .msi forma. The last one I downloaded and working is "LibreOfficePortable_7.1.6_MultilingualAll.paf.exe" file.
Cannot use 7.2.2, (nor 7.2.1), it has some bug in the 'Calc' toolbar I wrote them long ago in previous versions.
Answers will be appreciated.

I note that it is now possible to download LibreOffice Portable 7.2.2.2 from LibreOffice's own site here: https://www.libreoffice.org/download/portable-versions/

However, it is not downloadable from PortableApps here: https://portableapps.com/apps/office/libreoffice_portable The version on offer there is still at 7.2.1.

Seems like someone not clicking a button somewhere.

OS = Windows 7 Pro. SP1 x64

I just downloaded and installed LibreOffice Still using this paf file: LibreOfficePortablePrevious_7.1.6_MultilingualStandard.paf.exe

I just launched the paf file and did the install manually as I don't use PortableApp Platform.

The install was to update my earlier version of LibreOffice Still.
