MPlayer

Submitted by Mag on June 11, 2008 - 5:20am

I was wondering, is there a way to show what time you're at while watching a movie and the total time of the movie?
At "View" I can find toggle OSD but this gives numbers which cover half the screen. Is there an option for simply giving the numbers at the bottom in a small font?

Changing output freqency in bonkenc portable?

Submitted by Warhawk on June 10, 2008 - 9:00pm

I can't seem to find an option for it.
Mainly because I downloaded a FLAC album, and it's a 24 bit sampling rate and 96000 hz!
It would not work on my mp3 player after I encoded it using bonkenc portable to ogg q3.
It would play, but really slow and crappy.

So I was wondering if there was an option somewhere.
I figured it out on audacity portable, but you can only do 1 file at a time, so that's very inconvenient for me.

CLI Arguments

Does anyone know the Command line arguments for 7-zip portable and the portable Apps backup utility? As I am working on a script that will back up my thumb drive to a folder that use 7-zip portable to compress that folder into a self extracting archive

Eraser startup registry key

Submitted by rick on June 5, 2008 - 8:12am

Sometime in the past I set up Eraser Portable to run on startup. I have since unchecked that, but there still remains a registry key from it. I don't want any registry key ever (perhaps that is deemed acceptable for auto startup?), but I certainly don't want a key left behind when the program startup feature is unchecked.

Can this be changed, or at least a warning notice display when the box is checked?
