Other Apps Support (Deprecated)

I download PortableApps.com Suite Standard from portable apps website when I try to run the setup file it always comes up with the PortableApps_Suit_Standard_1.0.exe is not a valid Win32 application. I was just wondering how I am suppose to be able to bypass this error?

Hi,

while starting to work with gnucash portable I've run into one or more problems.

At first glance the app ran fine on my Windows XP Pro machine, but I soon noticed something puzzling.

Although I had NOT installed the language files the help texts where a mix of English headers and German text body. Leading me to assume that the app was using some system language setting (my desktop language being German).

After saving and switching to another machine the app started with the following error message:

ist my first contact. I got the portabe menu without the apps. I used to run coma mail and operaTor from my usb stick . now i tried to use portable menu
1) works fine with coma mail
2) when i start operator from the men i got a message: operaTor is missing some files and will exit in 10 seconds.

is there a way to find out why ?

I just tried GnuCash, when i start it it tries to access the internet, which I don't allow and then the program crashes....

The only way to get spellchecking in notepad++ is to install ASpell+Dictionary.

Is there anyway around this? :/

Is there a way to change the default size of the font code? Most of the time it is fine but when I drop down in screen size it can be difficult to fit to the screen.

I just started to learn the ins and outs of DOS. I remembered seeing this app, and thought it would be useful to use at school. (which it does, no blocks on this one at all!)

I know about changing setting in it. Like the colors and the title, etc...
I don't know all the options, or where to find out some of them.

I could use help finding What I have to put in the batch file to change certain settings.

(I hope you all understand what I'm asking for, I'm not good at describing questions, lol. sorry.)

It's the first time I try to use portable CD/DVD-burning software and my experience isn't good one: InfraRecorder doesn't burn neither CDs nor DVDs.

When I start the program, it works and shows that it "burns" my disks. But when it verifies the burnt disk, it writes that nothing has been detected on the disk. Windows shows such disks as empty either. At the same time Nero says that the disk isn't empty and erases 1% of it (though I have been trying to burn almost 300 Mb!).

i just downloaded this game, looks like bejeweled but it's not, what am i supposed to do, click to make rectangles?! squares, how?!?
