Both of these timers run 12 seconds slow after 15 mins on multiple computers with none or minimal programs open.

Anyone else have this issue?

All computers attempted on were Windows 7 Home Premium and 1 Pro

I might need to run some jar file, but would need to give it some more parameters to do.
Is there a way to do so with the launcher or how to do it with jportable?

QupZillaPortable does not start on my system and on an almost similar configured one as well: WinXPSP3, no Java, no .NET, no updates, pretty much stripped down to the minimum.

I can only see the usual portbleapp screen for a few seconds but after that nothing happens. No error message. Program not running, not in the task manager.

The same with the 1.4.2 version

I tested it also with the PortableFreeware version 1.4.3 but it just states I need to reinstall and quits as well.

I think it depends on something that is usually installed.

Google Chrome Portable is creating shortcuts for certain Chrome apps in Windows start menu.

I'm upgraded Skype Portable from v6.5.0.158 to v6.6.0.106 on my fully patched Windows Home XP SP3 machine and now when I go to launch it, absolutely nothing happens. The splash screen doesn't even show up nor does it appear listed anywhere in the Task Manager. The previous version worked fine and I haven't made any modifications to any hardware or software on my system.

Does anyone have any ideas what the problem could be? If it can't be resolved, and because there's an online installer involved, is there any way to downgrade it to the previously installed version that worked?

how do you remove "siw system information for windows portable download"

with only the chrome portable apps:

and see the stopwatch it in the left.

when you install chrome clean, and other browser the stopwatch is in the middle.
It mean, it bug in the portable version only. in the original chrome, it working perfectly.

please verify my bug, and fix it if you can.

At windows 8:
when you fresh clean install the Skype it working:
but after you log in. close Skype and restart it.
It will not function well.

Step to reproduce:
1. You need windows 8.
2. dell/uninstall your previous Skype.
3. Install Skype from fresh from the platform (apps->get more apps...)
4. Open Skype and log in with your Skype. (this is important, because i think when you log in and close it, it save registry of Skype with wrong parameters and it change and damage Skype.)
5. Make a test call, see that you can make it.
6. Close Skype and open it.

I used Notepad++ Portable downloaded from https://portableapps.com/apps/development/notepadpp_portable. My Windows language is Portuguese (Brazil), but when I launch Notepad++ Portable, interface language is English!!!

If I want to make Notepad++ Portable can switching language to Portuguese (Brazil), what should I do?

I can not install the new version of uTorrent, this show the message:

The download copy of uTorrent is not valid and can not be installed.
Please try installing again.

I'm trying many times.

Someone knows for that this problem happens. The installer does the download two times and ends up by showing the message of mistake.
