Are the any plans when we get Beta 3. Cause it is almost 1 month since the Last Update.

I was wondering has there been any thought given to making a full screen version of portable apps theme so it can be used on devices like a tablet pc. Even with scrolling screens and other gestures. It would be so cool and sure to get some more attention to PA

I have added a category to the menu which I know longer use, I assume the set up info is in a file somewhere but can not find it.

Why are the categories held so I can remove it.

Hi folks, I was wondering whether it is possible to use a pendrive with PA installed as a source for a virtual machine in e.g. Virtualbox. Any idea on this? Or even experiences?

I recently noticed some strangeness with the flash drives I use solely at my local library. It was fairly easy to research the reasons for the suddenly-appearing sony.exe file and the .lnk folders at the root level right there along with all the other portableapps folders and exec's, and I've notified them that it looks like their computers are likely infected with the second Kelihos exploit. Fortunately the only other computers they are used with are my Macs so I don't believe there's any serious consequences, but I wanted to at least mention it as a heads-up I guess.

At the moment I can only start the platform on my primary monitor and then drag it across to my secondary monitor. Is there any way to make it start on the secondary monitor?

edit: Does the lack of a reply mean no one knows? Or is it possibly a FAQ that I am missing?

Hello, when I select Check for Updates, begin to download the application and start to install, the application asks the installation language as default I have Spanish (Latin America).
Is there any way to put this language default and automatically select or not ask? Since updating left and stops applications for this reason.

I installed the PAplattform on a network-disk. On start-up i get a pop-up with the error "Invalid floating point operation".

I am running Windows 7 32-bit on all 3 of the computers I'm testing on- two desktops of roughly equal performance, and a netbook.

I set up all of the PortableApps things on my desktop computer, and it is in a Dropbox folder synced to the rest of my computers. Startup time for the PortableApps.com launcher is very fast on this computer- a couple of seconds, no issues whatsoever. I don't have more than, say, 20, apps installed.
