Please, can anybody make portable these two, free and open source programs? They are needed by many students of symbolic Logic all around.

BERTIE3 is a proof checker for natural deduction in sentential and predicate logic.
TWOOTIE 2.1 is a tool for exploring truth trees in sentential and predicate logic.

Both programs ran originally under DOS, and worked fine under Windows untill Windows-XP. Thereafter, they only run under DOSBox (available as a portableapp), although some configuration is needed.

Comodo IceDragon Portable

Submitted by joaodp on September 11, 2012 - 10:41am

Hi! I know PA.com already has a few nice portable web browsers (otherwise I wouldn't be using some of them) but I came across Comodo IceDragon and I tought it would be a great idea to make it portable as well.

I mean, I already found it portable, but not on the PA plattform. I hadn't got enough time yet to try to make a PA.com distribution and also I'm not sure if that would be technically possible or even completely legal.

For those who don't know, Comodo IceDragon is based on Firefox even though is not open source, for what I could understand.

Fixing USB apps

Submitted by Hansj on September 11, 2012 - 7:35am

There's minitools wizard which utilizes the "chkdsk", so it probably also depend on the running OS. Apparently the verbatim 1 TB 3.0 USB drive is only fixable on windows 7.

How about more USB fixing tools and a dedicated forum for that matter?

Backup is not always an option regarding big data files like movies. And in that case recovery tools could also come in handy.
