Request Apps

My biggest reason for using a USB flash drive is to carry a strongly encrypted file with all of the passwords that I'm likely to need and prone to forget. I have used KisKis (http://kiskis.sourceforge.net/) and have tried to use KeePass (http://keepass.sourceforge.net/).

I'm not sure either of these are the best of solutions, but I would be a huge advocate of portable apps if I could get a good portable password manager.

My request is a bit complex, I'm looking for a no-install Podcatcher, that can be run from my network drive but save to my mp3 player or run and save to the mp3 player. The only software I found like this is the podcatcher-on-a-stick: http://www.rotzoll.de/podblogger/mp3stick/ which I didn't like.

Eclipse (http://www.eclipse.org/) currently the best free programming environment I think.

Sorry I didn't know what category to put it into.

I have pstart.exe installed on my usb drive and I was wondering how do we do so it starts automatically when the usb drive is put in the computer. Is it possible? If so plus explain in detail how I can do that. I also would want that without installing anything on each computer

SciTE (http://www.scintilla.org/SciTE.html) is a very compact and handy text editor.

just copy and run.

PhotoFiltre (http://www.photofiltre.com/) is a complete image retouching program. It allows you to do simple or advanced adjustments to an image and apply a vast range of filters on it.

Just copy the program folder to your portable device and it will run!

Inkscape (http://www.inkscape.org/) is an Open Source vector graphics editor, with capabilities similar to Illustrator, Freehand, CorelDraw, or Xara X using the W3C standard Scalable Vector Graphics (SVG) file format.

And best of all: after installation just copy the inkscape programm folder to your protable device and it runs perfectly!

I'm looking for a portable notepad that can automatically encrypt all the text? Something like a password storage program? Can anyone help?

ps. I'm aware of Truecrypt, but I'm not looking for a tool to encrypt the whole drive. Thanks.
