We have a xlsx file with a really long name
EMAIL 000000_ rich 7-7-2016 4-43-12-PM RE--Joseph-E.-Kokroko--- 175 517 _55555555555555555555555555555555555555555555_2222_11_5555555555.xlsx

When we take this file and using jod converter and libre office we try and convert it to a pdf we get the following exception. We are using libre portable 4.1.4.2. What does error code 283 mean, the folder has all the write permission needed. This is on a windows server.

5.1.3

There's been no portable version for 5.1.2. However in "Outdated Official Portable Applications" it is written "LibreOffice 5.1.2 (John building...)" since April 17 2016.
A new version 5.1.3 has been released 6 days ago.
Can we expect anything in a reasonable timing or do we have to give up the idea of a portable LO ?

5.1.2

I have seen a few days ago out version 5.1.2. What is the reason that this version does not exist in portable ?, not provide many differences with 5.1.1?
Thanks

Much slower startup than the normal version.

Hi!

I tried the portable version, because of some issues I have. But the startup performance is remarkably slower than for the normal version.
I takes like five second for LO-s splash window to appear, which is instant with the installed version. After that they're the same. The splash window only appears for a fraction of a second. It's almost as if it had a timer, except that I see high cpu usage for soffice.bin and libreofficeportable.exe in Process Explorer.

So why is this? Is this a bug or different issue?

Fatal Error (and exits) after Insert->Special Character...

Version: 5.1.1.3
Build ID: 89f508ef3ecebd2cfb8e1def0f0ba9a803b88a6d
CPU Threads: 1; OS Version: Windows 5.1; UI Render: default;
Locale: en-US (en_US)

XP SP3.
Removed extra Languages when installing.

How to reproduce?
1. If there is no open document, File -> New -> Text Document
2. Insert -> Special Character...
3. Press OK in the fatal error popup window. This causes LibreOffice to exit. Popup window image at http://i.imgur.com/akkd8eL.jpg.
