Wondering if it is possible to have some notes inside database with a different password i.e. master password is used to open the database and then if we need to open specific item/note it ask for password.

KeePass is a great piece. But should I be worried of possibility of Spy loggers which might record whole clipbord activities?
If yes is there a tip to help?

Hi Guys,
I have been reading the forums for a while and know that it's best not to type information into insecure PC's. HOWEVER, I am planning to travel early next year and need to work out the best/safest way to access a bank account to check funds and transfer money. Keepass 2 looked to be the answer, but needs .NET to work, which I cannot be sure will be installed. So how can I make myself as safe as possible to beat keyloggers etc.

Any help please.....I need to find the safest solution possible. Not using public PC's is not an answer.

Just recently started to use KeePass Portable and I can't seem to be able to install any of the programs plugins.

Do the plugins work at all on the portable version of KeePass?

The main.cvd for ClamAV/Win/portable is updating from

48 to 49

If you have high speed access the most efficient way to do the update is to directly download the file from here:

http://www.clamav.org/download/cvd
after deleting your current main.cvd

If you allow it to update itself you will get a
39 MB main.cld instead of a nice compact 18 MB main.cvd

don't forget to delete your current daily.cld also if you use this method, the new daily.cvd is only 319kb

CleanWin contains a virus " 'HTML/Crypted.Gen [virus]'
detected in file 'C:\Users\sam\AppData\Local\Temp\clamav-4e0348c77675b55ea6e4bf194e84346e.00000a68.clamtmp\main.ndb.

I just read this on the website of KeePass, and it seems the app already is a portable one.

So whats the difference between the one at the original website and this one?

After I updated my ClamWin and started scanning my portable drive, McAfee found 3 trojans in my Temp folder.

When my clamwin quarantined a virus, the virus is recognised as malicious by my pc antivirus. Why is this happening. I used Symantec antivirus and AVG free both. Why is the av prog still recognize the virus eventhough it's quarantined escpecially Virus/Worm Mytob. Somebody please solve this problem.
