I see this warning whenever I run a scan with ClamWin Portable:

WARNING: Local version: 0.98.4.1 Recommended version: 0.98.4

Ever since upgrading to v1.28, I can't initially open KeePass Portable after a standard system shut down. I keep getting this image:

(do note it does get fixed as soon as I re-open it).

Please fix the launcher to support system shutdowns. KeePass is by definition a background program. It shouldn't have difficulties dealing with system shutdowns, especially when older versions had no issues plus the real KeePass handles them just fine.

A fresh install of both the platform and apps on a new USB stick. ClamWin reports:

Are these false?

Downloaded & installed CalmWin 0.98.1 using the latest platform.

Updating to 0.98.4 requires 63 MB download .Downloaded it using Internet Download Manager as the built in updater is very slow on my connection.

Is it possible to update using "main.cvd" file downloaded through IDM ???

Hi, I have just downloaded ClamWin and run a scan, all my portable apps have been tagged to be infected.

eg.D:\Working\Portable Programs\GoogleChromePortable\GoogleChromePortable_32.0.1700.76_online.paf.exe:Win.Adware.Adgazelle-1 FOUND

Are they all false positives?

System: MSI netbook U230
Windows 7 64bit
250GB ssd

KeePass got auto-"updated" to 1.27 today - it was 2.2x before so it actually got downgraded. And since then it won't load my database anymore. It starts empty. I also can't open my db because it wants *.kdb or *.pwd file while my db is a *.kdbx file.

It worked fine/normal just right before the update.
I use the portableapps start menu and it checks for updates automatically and it won't find any now.

How can that be?

I am using KeePass Portable in version 1.26 on two of my computers (Win 7 Home Premium x86 and Win 7 Prof. x64) and I also have run it successfully on other machines from USB stick (Win7 as well as WIn XP). Now I am facing a problem where on other particular Win 7 Home Premium system I can't get KeePass working. No matter whether I run a new, virgin installation or try to start a copy of my installation from home, it always terminates with a message box saying "An unsupported operation was attempted".

how can i delete the viruses detected after the scan performed by clamWin. Its not showing any option to delete those malwares that had been detected.....please help

KeePass was just forced closed by the Win OS. The message was:
"Data Execution Prevention - Microsoft Windows
To help protect your computer, Windows has closed this program.
Name: KeePass Password Safe 1.18
Publisher: Dominick Reichl"

Upon hitting the Close Message button, I got a "KeePass has encountered a problem and needs to close" message, and the program closed. It relaunched fine.

Win XP Pro SP3. The "about KeePass" agrees with the version number.

Any thoughts?

I am already using KeePass Portable on my PC and Laptop and I synchronize only the databases between them.
Now I have a new Windows phone (Nokias Lumia 925) and I also want to use my current saved passwords from this application.
But how I can install KeePass Portable on my Windows phone?
And how it is possible to synchronize the databases?

Any ideas?
