So it should read , "It is a powerful software utility that will help make easy conversions between 2072 various units of measure in 53 categories."

I have a few ideas I think would make cool apps/portable apps...
Not real complicated stuff but stuff I think would have big niche appeal to quite a few people...(And if people are interested...developers and/or potential end users I would like to work with someone to get it done.)

I could go into quite a bit of detail but I don't want to waste my breath in the wrong forum of if people are not interested.... suffice to say, in a nut-shell these are:

1)a 2D old-style "karate game" construction app...
i.e a simple UI driven app that allows users to build their own 2D fighting games...

Thunderbird and Seamonkey leaves behind files in [%TEMP%] folder
nscopy-*.*, nsemail-*.*, nsmail-*.*

They are drafts, pictures, and other stuff that were opened, copied.

Hello fellow Portables.
I downloaded Paessler SNMP Tester and placed it in a designated folder in "...\PortableApps\PortableApps\SNMPTester\" it works perfect untill it refuses to launch the app, i went to check the folder to discover that part of the files are gone. this happened few times already.
any suggestions?

How do you get the taskbar previews to work for Chrome portable in Windows 7? There should be one preview for each tab but there is only one for the open tab.

Also related to this. When you pin Chrome or Firefox to the taskbar and then open the browser another icon for the browser appears on the taskbar and you have to icons for the program. The second icon is the one that has the jump lists not the pinned icon. Why does this happen?

I have installed the plugin "TextFX Characters".
Every time Notepad++ Portable is updated, I have to reinstall the plugin.
Does anyone know how to fix this error?
Could be the correction integrated into the official package?

I accidentally hit update for my apps this morning and now one website i usually go to will not let me open its links. It for some reason trys to open a link to a facebook page which is blocked at work. when i use IE i do not have this issue and can then copy those links into chrome and they will work then. I use chrome at work incognito so it wont keep all my cookies, etc.

The installer gives the following error message:

ScribusPortable.exe launches and closes

Any ideas on what is wrong?

The language switching doesn't work correctly in the PortableApps.com Platform. Though I have changed the language in the app, this won't saved permanently.
