TeamViewer is failing to update successfully.

Note: I'm using portable apps on my d:\ drive, not a usb stick...

If I download a .torrent file in Firefox and choose 'open with utorrent', instead of opening the portable version and starting the download, the utorrent updater runs and tries to install the full version of utorrent on my c:\ drive.

However, if I open the portable version first, and *then* download the .torrent file, everything works well.

I don't want to have to manually open utorrent before clicking on a .torrent file. Any suggestions, before I resort to installing the full version?

qBittorrent 2.9.5 is hosted somwhere esle. The portable app 2.9.2 is a few months outdated. Please update it MANUALY as the hosting for qBittorent changed.

I am looking for an portable app, that allows me to manage phrases (text snippets).
In this app I would enter all my text snippets that I often use.

I have been experimenting with moving this app between computers and have run into an issue with Windows7. If you create a db on a WinXP machine it will not open on a Win7 machine. If you create it on a Win7 machine, you can move it to either a WinXP or Win7 machine and it will open. However you can not move it back to the first Win7 machine. It will get to the 12% mark loading the database and report an error. After the error the db is locked. If you take it back to the second machine the db can be unlocked and opened without problem.

I'm working on a workstation with an old version of cygwin on it. On this workstation cdrtfe start with the error message:

cdrtfe has detected a problem. Either the binaries (cdrecord/mkisofs) are corrupet or there is a problem with the cygwin1.dll (version conflict or incompatibility)

As I'm not admin on this workstation I can't update cygwin.

I've used Ditto portable for quite a while, until some version, when it started acting up. I've tried lots, to no avail. Every few months I try again, but several issues always remain, e.g. QuickPaste window doesn't stay on top, lots of copying issues, entries aren't there or don't want to be pasted, etc.
Now I've tried an installed version for the first time and compared it to the portable version, and there! Everything works in the installed version!
What is wrong with the portable version, I'd rather want to use portable applications on portable devices than install programmes.

Would it be possible to package 'sqlite3.exe' in SeaMonkey Portable, like in Firefox Portable?

This would fix problems with restartless add-ons not updating correctly when the drive changes.
The 'SeaMonkeyPortableU.nsi' is already prepared - just the exe in 'App\Bin' is missing.
