Stupidest captcha ever.

Submitted by wakanasakai on June 13, 2013 - 9:49am

I'm not sure where this topic should go, but I'll try here.

When I registered here, I got the following captcha.

who gives you "4x better clean"?

What kind of STUPID captcha is that? & why is the drop-down answer "Don't know" WRONG? Does whoever came up with that captcha REALLY think that I spend my whole life watching & memorizing every stupid toothpaste commercial, hoping that some jerk will finally invent the STUPIDEST captcha of ALL TIME?!

Without these values, jPortableLauncher returns "Out Of Memory Error".

How to make your portable apps fly - yes even Firefox!

Google the above topic for details on Intel's latest.

For more down-to-earth realistic options see this:

User ID login/password problem

Submitted by Hans Henderson on June 6, 2013 - 8:21am

Sorry if this isn't the right spot, didn't see a "site support" forum.

Every time I log in, my password doesn't work.

I request a new one, open my email, use the temp login link, change the password, no go every time.

So now every time I have business here that requires me to login, I have to use the "request a password" temporary login.

Latest Chrome. Both using LastPass auto-remember and a regular login. Also tried with IE, no go.

Not a major issue I suppose, but thought I'd let you know.

Skype need admin rights

Submitted by farat_as on June 2, 2013 - 2:22pm

Hi,

When Skype started the first time, Windows 7's default firewall ask me about allowing Skype. But to allow it, I needed for admin password. So why that it should be like this? There is no another way to start Skype without admin rights? Pidgin, Firefox, Chrome and others use internet too, but they don't need admin rights.

The firewall question is here: http://s13.postimg.org/f1fy0c76f/image.png

If I don't allow Skype works properly (as I see). But why it needs admin rights?

Thank you

I would like to save Mozilla Firefox to a USB Flashdrive but doing it for the first time. What is the minimum USB size that I should use and how easy is it to save to the USB - I have downloaded Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome to my computer but cannot recall being asked where I want it to be saved.

Thanks to anyone being helpful.
