I have only been using TB for about 1 month now - I just finished installing Portable apps with TB - I am trying to sync my Portable version to my desktop and I do not know how to get same email accounts on both. I can see the accounts on my Portable Apps but cannot use them. It is the same with Lightening calendar appointments scheduled. I need to know if I can sync my address books, email accounts, addons and calendar appointments? Also sync my GnuCash files.

I am using a app called "PortableFonts". I asked the developer if he had spoken to you about adding it to PAM. The idea or thought would be to load any fonts at the start up of PAM automatically. Then on shut down removing them.

He said I should ask you. So I am. You could add an option box that could be checked off if you want to add the fonts silently at start up.

I ask this because it is a great app that answers a question posed by many in this forum, How do I add fonts. Being added to PAM and done silently if wanted would in my opinion be worth looking into.

Hello and first, thank you very much for making our beloved and favorite apps portable. I enjoy a lot carrying them and work on the go.

Right now, the only issue that have is the next. I'm a college student and as such many times I have to work on the public computers. Obviously infections are easily spread, shame to accept, by USB drives.

I have no problem making at home as I always assume that my device is infected so most of the time I catch the sneak and null it. In fact, this isn't the problem I'm reporting. (ClamWin makes wonders usually)

I'm planning on getting a flash drive with true hardware encryption but I'm wondering about read/write speed. Is Kingston a reasonably fast drive, or is there a faster drive than that?

could update the portableApps installer would be great.
i think that menu could check the apps versions installed and check on the web for download the new version.
i can't see the version of my apps quickly for manual update.

How to change the destination of the music, video, picture buttons in the launcher..

This is my first post so first of all, thanks for the software, It's was exactly what I was looking for.

It would be awsome if we could manage the folders inside Documents and get them listed on PortableApps Menu like Music, Pictures and Videos does atm. At the same time, you could give us the chance to rename the defaults folders, and get the name updated on the list.

why portableapps.com suite has old version applications, and how can I update all applications simultaneously?

Is there an option to make the Portableapps Suite not scan for app icons every time I plug in? I have a 4gig drive with lots of apps and this takes forever.

If it's not done yet, I'd like to submit it as a request.

I Recently encountered a bug where the menu become unclickable when opened for the second time (ie, first time from auto run menu worked, however launcher again from system tray left menu unclickable). I tested this on my laptop, and it worked fine. I had a think, and then realised the only difference was on my desktop, I used ObjectDock. I have an object dock that displays the system tray icons. When the portable apps menu is clicked on from there the menu does not work. I re enabled my windows taskbar, and launched it from there, and the menu was clickable.
