Is there a way to import the configuration from a non-portal installation of putty?
Thanks

I am aware of a similar thread here: https://portableapps.com/node/4993 , but I am looking for a different feature for the bosskey not mentioned. I love Miranda IM. but there is a bad crash when I try to send messages to people who are offline on aim so I forced to use Gaim. The problem is, I am looking for a Boss Key that Miranda has that instead of displaying an image that covers up Gaim to hide is, upon pressing the hot-key(HK) Gaim and all gaim IM windows, start tray dock tabs, and tray icons are removed from view.and upon pressing the HK again all IM windows and such reappear.

Hi...Ive found an annoyance in the new portable miranda version.
Whenever the blinking happens I cant double click on the miranda tray icon...I have to right click it so that I can see the miranda box. And when I logged out I was surprised when it still continues to blink.
Thanks
Very, very saddly, I have to report, that the current installer of the Miranda Portable 0.6.7 searches your drive and deletes other installations of miranda.
It would be better, if you include the dbx_mmap.dll in your package. it's a newer databasedriver and needs less connections on a flash-drive... so it's much faster in use and improve life-time of the flash-drive...
look here:
http://forums.miranda-im.org/showthread.php?t=10240
you'll find the newest version in the newest nighly-built...
I'm currently using Miranda IM Portable v0.6.7 (Unicode), and I've noticed that the launcher (MirandaPortable.exe) remains in the process list even after Miranda has fully loaded. The launcher does disappear from the process list when you exit Miranda but I'm wondering why it remained in the first place. Is this normal behavior? All the other portable apps' launchers exit when the program fully loads, so this seems mighty strange.
I have created and uploaded protocol specific smiley packs (for AIM, MSN, and YAHOO)
to megaupload

I also put the ieview and smileyadd plugins that are needed to use these smileys. They are for the unicode version, if you need/already have the plugins installed just grab the smileys out of emots folder

Hi,
Why is Filezilla portable using a history? It isn´t not very secure when you lose your device. Is there an option to disable this feature?
best regards,
I just installed the PortableApps Suite 1.0 and patched it to version 1.0.1.
When trying to run Gaim from the menu it gives me an error:
Error loading gtkgaim.dll
Error: (1114) A dynamic link library (DLL) initialization routine failed.
I am running Windows XP Pro, 2.8Ghz P4 with 1gb RAM and a 2.0Gb Sandisk Cruzer Mini usb drive.
I downloaded the latest gaim paf and installed it and still the same message.
Version: Gaim_Portable_2.0_B5_en-us.paf.exe
what r the command line options atm? or do they exsist atm? i cant seem 2 find them anywhere.
