After restart app language revert to English always. Can you take a look at it?

Running "DrawioPortable.exe " doesn't open the , it is always starting with a new empty file as if no argument is passed.

Apparently "DrawioPortable.exe" command line options are ignored.

As reported by Sprinterdriver in the 1.2 release announcement:

If a file that contains text elements are opened in Inkscape 1.2 (portableapps) - then it always pop up a message that list the fonts used.

Example
Font 'Bahnschrift' substituted with 'Bahnschrift'
Font 'Franklin Gothic Demi' substituted with 'Franklin Gothic Demi'
Font 'Gill Sans Nova' substituted with 'Gill Sans Nova'

I can't change language in Krita. I choose Russian, but English remains and after restart I see English in settings again.

all those years using the portableapps version of gimp and i just now realized that gimo/pa.c creates folders in Localappdata. Is it possible to change it from localappdata to the app folder?

would be nice to install the gimp help manual into or in addition to GimpPortable app 2.10.30, but the install program gimp-help-2.10.0-de-setup.exe from gimp.org refuses to install the help manual (even generally anywhere) since it pretends that Gimp 2.10 is not installed at the PC system.
Please, could you either turn the gimp manual into a portable app or give me a hint how I could manually supplement GimpPortable by the gimp manual?

I've been running PortableApps for years, and Blender on it as well with no problems.

Then PortableApps updated, including Blender, and on the first run I got a message about being onWindows 7 (which I am not and that there was a legacy app available for Windows 7.

Mousing over the Blender item in the PortableApps menu, it showed as 2.93.2 as expected, but when Blender started it was 2.80!
