Bug with Quicknote extension

It happens with the new version of the Portable Firefox. I think it doesn't manage to change the relative path or something like that. That's the error shown in Quicknote Tab:

// #5 File e:\PortableApps\Data\PortableFirefox\profile\chrome\quicknote1.txt is invalid or does not exist.

Is there a reference for PFF's JavaScript? The standard DOM doesn't seem to work.

I am in a situation where I need to develop some client side magical forms with JavaScript. Everything I come up with works with IE but not with PFF. Can you direct me to a reference area for such development?

I would appreciate any help I can get.

Spellbound extension working for anyone?

Submitted by Anonymous (not verified) on February 8, 2006 - 11:06am

This is day two of my Portable Firefox experience, and I have to say it is excellent. I can now have a consistant Firefox environment at work and at home.

The only thing I cannot get to work for me is Spellbound. It installs, and so does the dictionary. It just isn't in the right click menu.

I'm on Windows in both environs, and that is just the nature of the work I do. Not a choice. So I do not know if it is alright on Linux or Mac.

Other than that Portable Firefox has not given me a single problem. From install to useage, it has been a breeze.

Thanks in advance for any help or guidance provided,

Portable Firefox security

I have been using Portable Firefox for some time now. I am constantly using company computers or internet shops to access the web via Portable Firefox on my USB Stick. Are there any open source programs available to secure my web interactions from any Key Logging Programs or Administrator privileges that may gather sensitive data (as my online banking), while I am surfing?

Part 2 is it possible to use a Portable Virtual Keyboard while entering Sensitive data on websites to protect User Names, Passwords, and Account Details from the host computer while using Portable Firefox?

Primedius: WebTunnel or Stealth Surfer for example!
