I am running TB Portable V2.0.0.23. Since I don't have any other problems I have not updated to V3 yet.
This message comes up when I receive a message that takes the folder size over 100Mb. When I click O/K button, it continues to work. I didn't realize that TB had this limitation, or is there a setting that brings up this message?
Thanks
Update: Noticed I have an add-on called ShowFolderSize. One of it's options is to set a maximum folder size. The default is set to 100Mb. This is the problem. Just changed the setting. All O/K now.
I am able to open a message's full headers. Please give instructions for how to copy and paste the full headers so that I may forward such a message to to abuse @ (whatever domain name). Regular attempts to highlight, cut, and paste do not work for this purpose. I'll appreciate help with this issue.
First off, this will probably end up being more of a "Portable Apps" question, but the question is all within the domain of TB Portable... so I ask the question here. I'm using TBPortable 2.0.0.24 (okay, I think I originally installed 2.0.0.13, and it updated). Yes, I've been using Portable TB for a long time. ;) I just started a project where I needed a development profile. So, I created 4 profiles -- o I went to cmd.exe, o I cd'd to [...\ThunderbirdPortable\App\thunderbird\] o I ran from command-line [thunderbird.exe -ProfileManager]
Hi
I can see a few posts on Word Wrap but these do not address my installation of Thunderbird 3.0.4 which falls over when the command used

I am using a Canon scanner with Canon's CapturePerfect software. CapturePerfect always sends the scan to OutLook. I went to the Windows set defaults menu and Thunderbird portable is not on the list, so I can't select it. There's no option to add programs. The thumb drive is inserted and operating, but Windows doesn't recognize the portable apps on it's default list. Can anyone advise? Vista OS.
Hello everybody I need help...
I've been using thunderbird portable for quite a long time and everything was fine.
version 2.0.0.24 (20100228)
But when I open my thunderbird portable from the portable harddisk today...I loss all the inbox emails before Today and some of the sent emails before today. I can still receive new coming emails and address book is fine.
Hi all,
This morning TB3 decided to throw away the account info of my default account, the one linked to 'Local Folders'. After some searching I found out that this is not the best practice in TB as it is prone to 'issues'...
With some Web searching I was able to create a new account, move over the mail, reset my filters etc. to get email working again.
All my other accounts are fine.
Is there a way to make a little calendar/lightening shortcut like the one for the addressbook in thunderbird has? Or does the way lightening is an add-on not make it work out?
Hi,
I've succesfully set up the above on a USB stick and am wondering about portability of the three applications.
Will I still have full access to all the options I have on the system on which I set them up, since GnuPG is of course installed on the local drive?
Many thanks for any clearing of a cloudy brain.
