Other Apps Support (Deprecated)

I was just wondering if Infrarecord is still being worked on, or the new version was impending or anything. I'm pretty happy with it, and am almost ready to ditch Nero and roll with ALL FOSS apps. The only thing left not GPL on my Windows boxes (and VMs) is GTA:San Andreas, and a few SNES roms.

PS I was trying to give Infrarecord it's own forum topic, but I guess that's only for admins.

I was in the process of saving to my .tsk file and the program crashed. When I opened Task Coach this morning I noticed that I lost everything. This is probably a bug in the program itself, not a PAM problem, I just wanted to let you guys know that this issue exists. I'm running Windows XP SP 3.

Eraser 5.82 crashes at 3% of cluster tip when erasing unused disc space, regardless of type of erasing performed. Version 5.7 (non-portable apps)works fine.

I got a portable version of google chrome. It works great but i have one problem: none of my bookmarks or prefernces are stored. Could Portableapps.com make a portable google chrome that acually saves stuff like that (similar to how firefox saves bookmarks and preferences)?

Just installed the portable version of this app. I get an error message when I try to view an image "unpack list of wrong size". Not sure what the error means. ACD has no problems with the images. Any ideas?

Dragging and dropping files between tabs moves the files, instead of merely copying them, even between different drives. Please make it so that the default action is copying, or make it a preference that can be set.

After I install Truecrypt and restart my computer, i kept wondering why my computer is very slow. The problem is that truecrypt changes the PF on the computer. Is this normal? How can i install it without it altering the Page File?

I am using Rocket Dock Portably and have no problem adding programs to the dock and keeping the paths even when the drive letter changes on my thumb drive form machine to machine.

Team, I installed GnuCash on a USB memory stick. It looks as the application is installed correctly, however I can insert any booking value in the moment when I leave the input field a leading 8 is added to the value! e.g. inserted 1000.00 leads to 81,000.00. Even inserting 0 leads to 80.00 and so on (80, 880, 8880..)
Any idea what is wrong?
