The message says "The downloaded copy of Google Chrome (64-bit Test) is not valid & can not be installed. This could be due to an incomplete download or other network issue. Please try running the updater again when complete."

Portable Chrome (with NetBeans Connector) and Portable NetBeans

Submitted by PortableDisk on September 25, 2019 - 5:24pm

Is there a way to get the NetBeans Connector App/Plugin for Chrome to play nicely with portable NetBeans? I am looking to do some development work for a course I am about to start and wanted to run portable versions rather than have full installs. The NetBeans Connector plugin installs successfully in to Chrome but is not detected by portable NetBeans. The basic working on this extension is that you code in NetBeans (HTML / JS) and then execute the browser (Chrome), the connector extension then provides a bridge between the two for debugging and reporting back of variables/data etc.

Should Telegram's App Notes be updated?

Submitted by lwc on September 20, 2019 - 6:05pm

Account Files Portability - By default, Telegram will store your local account media on the local machine and leave it behind on exit. To ensure it is not left behind, after you create/login to your account, click Menu, Settings, Chat Settings, click Default Folder and select 'Temp Folder, cleared on logout...' and then click Save. This will ensure your synced data is not left behind as you move PCs.

--see the screenshots bellow--

How to do a refresh in Firefox Portable ?
I cant find it in my browser!

In the--Troubleshooting Information--page, in the--update folder--section
I see a local path. and not a path in the portable folder!
is that normal ?
should I be worried ?
