Office Apps Support

I am using Sunbird_Portable_0.9_en-us.

I create a single event in a day. I select export calendar and choose .csv file format and save the file on my desktop.

then I open the .csv file in notepad++ to see that it did actually write the correct event in it then i close it without modification.

I then manually delete the event I created in Sunbird. and close Sunbird and open it again.

I then choose to import calendar(file>Import)and choose the .csv file, but nothing gets imported and my calendar remains empty with nothing imported.

I would like some help.
I have server2go running off a cd which launches firefox portable , everything fine up to here. In the html pages I have links to pdf files , problem is whenever i click on link I get "file could not be loaded because the associated helper application does not exist, change the association in your preferences"
I have sumatrapdf on the cd , the first time i ran firefoxportable on my hard drive I set the association to pdf files to open with sumatrapdf.

Does anyone now what i'm doing wrong ?

Maybe I am stupid, but I can't find where to change from the am/pm kind of time to the 24 hour kind. It worked it out before on my older version (don't know which one it was), but i can't remeber how. With 0.9 I don't find any configuration option to change it. Help?

My son has downloaded and installed AbiWord Port on my desktop, when I try to uninstall I get error message that it is being used in another application and to shut them down to uninstall. I've attempted to remove by following the instructions for "Removing Apps from the PortableApps.com Menu". I was successful in removing all Contents and folders except for the Other folder, I was able to remove the contents but not the folder. As far as the Software Application itself, I get the same message but I'm not able to remove anything. Can anyone PLEASE HELP????

Why does the "set sumatra as defaul" not work?

It's possible use Sunbird as a diary with an addon ?

I refer to the possibility of writing according a day my personal notes.

And even using links to web, other part of my pc, links to image, to files, in similar ways as word processor does.

Is it possible to create pdfs using SumatraPDF?

I upgraded to 0.9 recently and now I'm unable to "Export Calendar" to any location, whether on the thumbdrive or on the hard-drive of the computer. I get an error message saying "unable to write to [file name].html"

Is this due to some new component of Sunbird? I really love the program, and the new behavior-tweaks, but for now I'll have to downgrade back to 0.8.

I look forward to any newer versions.

All the buttons in AbiWord Portable have a red field behind them, rather than the gray chrome of the rest of the application. There is even a red field behind the AbiWord logo when I alt+tab to the program. This does not appear to alter the functionality of the program. I'm using AbiWord Portable 2.6.4 on Windows 2000 Pro.
