Other Apps Support (Deprecated)

I just started using PortableApps and I was trying to get Foxit up and running, but I use version 4.3 due to version 5 not being so easy to work with. I see that there was at one time a version 4.3.1 available, but I do not see it listed anywhere on the website.

Would it be possible to get a copy of 4.3.1 to use with my porable apps? Thanks.

Please check Skype Portable if there is really an virus in it.

if PhotoFiltre Portable is run with administrator rights (mainly happens for users who have UAC disabled), it creates the following registry keys:

I wasn't able to update GnuCash from the PortableApps.com Update (kept failing), so I just downloaded the GnuCashPortable_2.4.8.paf.exe file and go this error when executing the file:

NSIS Error
Installer integrity check has failed. Common causes include incomplete downloaded and damaged media. Contact the installer's author to obtain a new copy.

In the section "Support" of the PhotoFiltre Portable website are mentioned the following sentences:

Since the latest update to Opera every time it is closed a crash report is generated, with an option to send report. If I do send it, then the next time I open Opera there is an apology from them.
It is only an issue with the portable version.

Most of the times, splash screen is shown for more than 30 seconds although main window is loaded and shown in just few seconds. I have set .pdf extension to open with EvincePortable.exe and I am opening Evince only by double clicking pdf files.

When NP is ran, it will copy the following files to Notepad++Portable\App\Notepad++
* config.xml
* session.xml
* stylers.xml

When it's closed, it will move those back again to Notepad++Portable\Data\settings

Sporadically, it will leave those files behind, and all settings were lost. Is there any reason why it's doing that. Doing so will make Notepad revert to it's old settings. Session, style and configuration will be lost.

I have just installed this to try out, but I am having a bit of trouble setting up the investment module.

I know i need pearl and I have got the portable version I know i also need to run install-fq-mods.

i have done this but it says it cant find it and to add the bin drectopry to the environment variable.

How do i do this?

I have just downloaded songbird when i run it i get the splash screen, but that is all?

If i look in task manager both songbird and songbird portable are shown as running.

Any ideas?
