Hi sorry if this has been asked but i cant seem to find anything on it.

Im trying to Find the Portableapps Menu source Code.
Is it open Source? and If so where can i possibly find it? and what was it designed in?

There are a few little things I want to add to the Menu itself and look at a few other details like customizing(I dont want to just Skin it i want Extra functionality on it) etc.

While going through and updating my installers for the Portable Apps I use, I was looking for PortableApps.com Backup on https://portableapps.com/apps and when I clicked on the link, it directs to the Suite download page and not one for the Backup app.

We're in need of someone to upgrade the MarkAsRead module we use to display the "Mark all forums read". It's a Drupal 5 module that can be found here:

Chris had mentioned he was going to try but hasn't posted back on it yet... and it's now the one thing holding us back from upgrading and getting some nice new features: better performance, polls, real forum moderators, wikis, etc.

I just installed Portable Apps...
1) Is there an autorun feature, so that the menu will be loaded when I plug my thumb drive in? Otherwise I have to use the host's explorer to get to the .exe file.

2) Is there a tutorial somewhere?

Hi, I'm new here,

A friend took the time to show me Portable Apps on his Cruzer Micro USB Key.

My question: What is the minimum size for a USB Key ? 1Gb? 2Gb? 4Gb?

Because I have two 1Gb, one has the u3 version on it and won't work with every PC.
And from what I saw with Portable Apps works better. Now like my question says, do I need to get a bigger USB Key?

how do you know what parameter an app uses to store files in the application data folder? EX: APPNAME.exe -PARAMETER

No i dont have the apps source cause its freeware
